Returns & Exchanges

At Ziggy & The Stones, we take pride in offering high-quality sterling silver and gold-plated jewelry. We want you to love your purchase, and we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Our return and refund policy is designed to make your experience with us as smooth as possible.

Returns:

• You may return new, unused pieces within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
• If your jewelry item does not close properly, we offer a full refund or exchanges for a replacement or a new design if we don't have the exact same one. 
• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at maria@ziggyandthestones.com to let us know and ship the piece/s back to 1951 NW South River Dr Suite #1712
• Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 days of receiving the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during the purchase.

Exceptions:

• Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return or refund.
